How many nights do you have?
Three shapes for a stay, each built from what is on this site. Every night, day by day →
One night
You land, you go out
- EveningA concert in one of the rooms below — pick the room first, the rest follows. Concerts →
- AfterHome along the lit Ring, on foot or by carriage. Fiaker →
Every price is on the room’s own page, and it is the whole price.
Two nights
One grand, one small
- Night 1The famous room, the gala programme. Concerts →
- Day 2The Lipizzaners in the morning, before the city fills up. Riding School →
- Night 2A smaller room, where you can hear the players breathe. Concerts →
Two different evenings, deliberately — the room changes more than the programme does.
Three nights
City, lake, opera
- Day 1Out of the city early, back for a late dinner. Day trips →
- Night 2A concert, a Heuriger, or both. Wine and Heuriger →
- Night 3A seat at the house, at the face value printed on it. Opera and ballet →
Where we are holding nothing for a night, the page says so rather than selling you something else.
Why book here
What you can hold us to
Eight promises, and what each one costs us to keep. How booking works →
All-in prices, no checkout surprises
The price you see is the price charged. Our booking fee is €0.00 and we print it anyway, beside the face value of the ticket itself, so you can see which part is the house’s and which part is ours.
Instant e-tickets
Your QR code, wallet pass and PDF are issued at checkout, for every product. Two exceptions, named: a night at the Staatsoper and the seasonal gala nights are the house’s or the organiser’s printed cards, collected from our office or delivered to your hotel — never posted.
Seats together
Guaranteed where the seats themselves are what you bought. Where a room assigns seats inside a category, we always book your party on one order, and if a venue seats you apart, tell us and we will put it right. Each product’s page says which of the two applies.
A free date change until 48 hours before
Same event, same category, up to two changes. If the new date costs more you pay the difference; if it costs less your original price stands. The button appears only where the inventory can honour it, and where it cannot the reason is printed instead of a disabled control.
Real availability
Open or sold out. Never a number, never a percentage, never a countdown. We do not count what we do not hold — and where we do hold and count it, the shop and our own guided walks, the number prints as a plain fact rather than as a reason to hurry.
A real office, and humans on WhatsApp
There is a counter you can walk into, and on the day of your event there is an “I’m running late” button that reaches a person rather than a form.
No fake urgency, ever
The only timer on this site is a real hold on inventory we genuinely count. Most of what we sell carries no timer, no hold and no countdown on any surface, because there is nothing being held.
Refunds shown as a date
Fourteen days from purchase, and never inside 48 hours of the performance — whichever binds first. That date is printed on every order line rather than left as a rule for you to apply.

Vienna Evening, in plain facts

The questions we get every day
What is your booking fee?
Zero. Our booking fee is €0.00 on every product, and we print it on the order anyway so you can see the face value of the ticket beside what we charged for it.
When do you charge my card?
At checkout. Your card is charged once, when you place the order, and your ticket is issued in the same moment.
Can I change the date?
Yes, free, until 48 hours before the performance, up to two times, for the same event and category. If the new date costs more you pay the difference; if it costs less, your original price stands.
Until when can I cancel?
Fourteen days from purchase, and never inside 48 hours of the performance — whichever comes first. The exact date is printed on each line of your order, so you never have to work it out.
What happens if you cannot supply my booking?
You are refunded in full immediately, regardless of how close the date is, and told that we could not supply it. Refunds are started the same day and land in three to five bank days.
Do you ever show how many seats are left?
Only where we own the stock and genuinely count it — our own guided walks and the shop. Everywhere else a date is open or sold out, and there is no third state, because we would be counting somebody else’s seats.
